A transition from the dark, past Key West genre was needed for a lighter, more contemporary feel with a tropical influence. To achieve this, a glossy ceramic tile was laid throughout the unit. Lighter paint for the walls and ceiling, and the bathroom door in the guest room was replaced with a barn door to give more space. The Master bathroom update included a custom closet reconfiguration. Local art topped off this beautiful project!
